Topciment — Acricem Resin

Practical guide for acrylic resin used as a primer for absorbent substrates and as the mixing liquid (Component B) for two-component microcements.

Applications

• Primer on Absorbent Substrates: Use as a bonding primer on concrete, self-leveling screed, tile adhesive, and other porous surfaces prior to applying microcement.
• Mixing Liquid: Use as the liquid component (Component B) when blending microcement powder and color pigments.

🛠️ As a Primer on Absorbent Substrates

Ensure the surface is completely dry, clean, rigid, and free from dust, grease, and oil.
• Roll or brush out 1 uniform coat across the entire surface.
• Application Window: Wait at least 30 minutes after priming. Apply the first coat of microcement within 24 hours.

🥣 As Mixing Liquid with Powder & Pigment

Measure out the exact quantity of Acricem Resin into a clean mixing vessel.
2.
Add the color pigment and stir thoroughly until the color is evenly dispersed throughout the liquid.
3.
Gradually add the powder while mixing. Mix with a mechanical paddle mixer at low speed for at least 4 minutes until the paste is completely smooth and lump-free.
