💡 About Forprime EPWB:
Forprime EPWB is a waterborne 2-component epoxy primer that provides excellent adhesion on absorbent and painted walls. It is used in decorative installations (non-wet rooms) where Microbase XT or Microquartz is applied directly to the substrate in 2 coats without reinforcement mesh.

📱 Coverage & Mixing Ratio:
• Mixing Ratio (A : B): 75 parts Component A to 25 parts Component B (75 : 25). Always weigh accurately on a scale.
• Coverage: approx. 60–100 g/m² per coat.
• Application: Roll out using a short-pile roller or microfiber roller.

• Working Temperature: Material, substrate, and room air must be between +5 °C and +25 °C.
• Pot Life in Bucket: Approx. 60 minutes at +20 °C.
• Application Window for Troweling: Apply the first cement coat 30–120 minutes after rolling out the primer.
• Storage: Protect from freezing. Shelf life is 12 months in unopened packaging.

1. Substrate Preparation & Setup

Inspect the Surface: The substrate must be sound, dry, and clean from dust, repair patch residues, and grease.

Sand the Substrate: Sand painted surfaces to a matte finish to ensure proper mechanical key. Scrape away loose material on plasterboard and absorbent boards. Vacuum the surface thoroughly.
2. Step-by-Step Mixing

Weigh Out: Weigh out 75 parts Component A and 25 parts Component B into a clean container.

Mix: Mix with a mechanical paddle mixer at low speed (300–400 rpm) for at least 3 minutes until the liquid is completely homogeneous.

Transfer Container: Pour into a new, clean container and mix briefly once more to ensure no unmixed component residues from the container walls are carried over.

• Roll Out Primer: Pour the primer into a paint tray and roll out an even, fully covering coat across the surface. Avoid puddles and runs.
• Working Method: Because the cement must be troweled within 30–120 minutes of rolling, roll one wall at a time and apply the cement to that section before moving on to the next.
