💡 About Monogrip:
Monogrip is a waterborne, blue 1-component grip primer formulated with a fine silica aggregate texture. It is used on non-porous or semi-absorbent wall surfaces such as painted substrates, vinyl sheets, and diamond-ground tiles to create a mechanical key prior to applying Monostone XL or L.

📱 Coverage & Drying Time:
• Coverage: approx. 100 g/m².
• Drying Time: approx. 30–60 minutes (until the surface is completely dry and rough to the touch).
• Application Tool: Roll out using a short-pile roller or microfiber roller.

⚠️ Important Information Before Starting:
• Working Temperature: Material, substrate, and ambient air must be between +5 °C and +25 °C.
• Mixing: The product is ready to use, but shake the bucket or container thoroughly before application to ensure the silica grains are evenly distributed.
• Storage: Protect from freezing. Shelf life is 12 months in unopened packaging.
• Working Life: Reseal the container securely after pouring the required amount.

Inspect the Substrate: The surface must be sound, dry, and clean from dust, grease, limescale, and loose material.

Grinding & Vacuuming: Diamond-grind tiles to abrade the glaze. Sand painted surfaces to a matte finish. Always vacuum the surface completely free of sanding dust before rolling.

• Application: Pour the primer into a paint tray and roll out an even, fully covering coat across the surface.
• Distribute Sand Evenly: Spread the silica texture uniformly without leaving thick lap marks or puddles.
• Drying Time: Allow to dry for approximately 30–60 minutes until the surface is completely dry, rough, and tack-free.
